Are you ready for the new, epic MMO? The Mummy, a true MMO RPG based on the movie franchise is here. It didn't take much for my pals and I to get excited about the role-playing game. Some of them are not big gamers, some of them are more experienced gamers, and some are just new's. The Mummy was enjoyable for us to play.

I've already created three characters - two Raiders and one Cultist - a gunslinger, a brawler, and a priest. They were easy to create and equip, and have some really awesome attributes.

The environments were astoundingly close to the ones in the movie. The new scenes created just for the game are really cool, too. The environments are huge, leading you deep into play with challenge after challenge. Whether you prefer PvE or PvP, in this epic mmo, there is plenty of potential for diverse play. The graphics are 3D isometric graphics implying that you get some cool 3D effects without having to have real 3D capability on your computer. That's quite an accomplishment, showing that the creators of this epic mmo care to impress you, even if the game is free. Additional data about mummy games can be reviewed on the site of amazon.

This game's developers have used Unity 3D software to design the game. BigPoint The Mummy game's creator gives you Unity Web Player to render their graphics and to allow you to see the graphics in 3D. To get the 3D effects for the game, you must load the web player, but you won't be sorry. Without even going into the game, you are still able to download the player and take a look at the result of the effects. The 3D renderings, enabled by the Unity player, are some of the best attributes of the game.

People use the term "epic" so much anymore that it's tough to remember what it really means. Epic is simply a substitute for "awesome." But labeling this an mummy game is right because it is "epic" in every way. For something to be "epic," it has to be extensive, an expansive story or myth about heroes and their adventures. Expansiveness is what this epic MMO has going for it. It's all about heroes and anti-heroes and their quests to find treasure, to save the heroine, to guard their territory and to hold back those who would thieve the treasures for their own gain. Retaliation is the order of the day between chaos and order, good and evil, until someone at last prevails. The epic MMO, The Mummy, really is epic.
